Robert
Meisner presents award to Robert LeFevre, President of Eagle Ridge Condominium
Association.
"Congratulations on a job well done, and
good luck on your progress Eagle Ridge Condominium Association!"
This Association has expended
major efforts to beautify their Condominium Project grounds
and to improve and strengthen the operation of their
Condominium Association. They re-landscaped the entrance area
and trimmed, mulched and cleaned up the grounds resulting in
an tremendous overall visual improvement. They also upgraded
their external painting specifications thereby improving upon
the quality and finished appearance of the Units, and the
Association implemented weekly inspections of lawn service and
other grounds service projects to ensure effective grounds
care.
From an equally important operational
standpoint, this Association has undertaken to have its
documents critiqued by its legal counsel to determine what
amendments are necessary. They have upgraded their reserve
study to identify future expenses and the necessary funds to
set aside to meet those requirements. Eagles Ridge has
conducted an in-depth review of its insurance policy and has
identified and implemented insurance changes. They have
upgraded their management services, contracted with a new
managing agent, and have prepared a well received formal
welcome package to educate new owners about Eagle Ridge and
its affairs. The association received a plaque, a check
for $250, and two free enrollments for a four week condominium
class.Below, Kay Michael speaks at UCOM's seminar:
