Seven Deadly Sins Part II.
Learn how the Fair Housing Amendments Act impacts
condominium associations, who it protects and the most
commonly made mistakes. Discussion, questions and answers
with regard to the last three deadly sins: preventing
parking and other necessary accommodations, permitting a
hostile environment and ignoring sex offenders, failing to
establish procedures and policies for modifications and
accommodations.

M. Katherine Michael:
Keys to Successful Bylaw Amendments. The Bylaws
are the structural law of the condominium from which other
rules, polices and procedures are based and authorized. It
is imperative that the Bylaws be “state of the art” to take
advantage of new trends in condominium operation, and to
ensure board, manager and co-owner compliance with all
applicable laws. Other necessary Bylaw changes can
eliminate ambiguities and inconsistencies between the
various Bylaw provisions and inconsistencies between the
Bylaws and other condominium documents. Good working Bylaws
which are consistently followed are the backbone of a smooth
and efficiently operating association.
