United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM)  If you are a condominium association in Michigan, you probably should be a member of this organization. A state wide non-profit group, they represent the interests of condominium associations before governmental and regulatory bodies. They also have a regular newsletter and an annual conference that provides very useful information for the condo leadership. You can contact them at:

Community Associations Institute - Michigan Chapter

Community Associations Institute (CAI)
National non-profit organization whose membership is made up of community associations, developers, attorneys, accountants, managers, public officials and related industry professionals. Some information available at the site, but additional fee is required for getting into the main body of published articles and reference material. Good place to order publications about association operations.

Community Associations Network  The largest free internet resource for those who live in, govern, or work with, condominium, home and property owner associations.

Building Industry of Michigan  Building Industry Association (BIA) is a trade association which represents builders, remodelers, owners, developers and suppliers to the single family and multifamily residential construction industry.

State Bar of Michigan  This site offers access to to state and federal court decisions as well as the full text of the Michigan Bar Journal.

Oakland County Bar Association  Information about the Bar Association, including events page, referral page, and a public services outreach page.
