Seminars and Events - 2004 Annual UCOM Seminar

          On October 2, 2004, Meisner & Associates, P.C.'s principle attorney Robert M. Meisner and legal assistant Kay Michael spoke at the Thirtieth Annual UCOM Seminar.  Mr. Meisner lectured on a variety of topics, including; community association officers and directors avoiding liability, the secrets to success in saving legal fees, and avoiding litigation.  Ms. Michael spoke mainly on good working documents, director and officer liability protection, collecting assesments and enforcing bylaws.

          Also in attendance at the seminar were Meisner & Associates, P.C. attorneys Jennifer Cordon Thor and Jeanne Rener.  Both Jennifer and Jeanne assisted Mr. Meisner and Ms. Michael through the day.
