Dunn, Attorney at Law Jan Dunn is an associate attorney with Meisner & Associates, P.C. Dunn has been involved in a family real estate development business and supervised the development of two condominium projects as well as the property management of several apartment complexes. She has a builder license and received certification from the BIA for property management. Dunn was formerly in house counsel to Bradford Companies in Illinois with her primary area of practice being commercial leasing. She was formerly in private practice in real estate law in both Texas and Illinois. Dunn clerked for Justice James L. Ryan on the Michigan Supreme Court. Mr. Feinberg has a wide range of experience, having worked at such diverse firms as Honingman, Miller, Schwartz & Cohn and the Legal Aid & Defender Association. He graduated cum laude in 1985 from the Detroit College of Law and he received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1979. |

Brian Harris is an associate attorney with Meisner & Associates, P.C. Mr. Harris is a 2003 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he served as Executive Inside Articles Editor of the Law Review, a Member of the Moot Court Board of Directors, and Editor-In-Chief of the school newspaper. Mr. Harris was the recipient of the 2003 Ford Motor Company Leadership Award for his leadership role at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He has a wide range of experience in litigation matters including handling all aspects of appeals. Edward Lee is an associate attorney with Meisner & Associates, P.C. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Wayne State University in 1985 and he graduated cum laude from The Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law) in 1989. Mr. Lee is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona and has focused his work in the private sector on litigation and trial practice. He gained extensive litigation and jury trial experience while working for the firm of Kallas & Henk, P.C. Since 2000, he has specialized in the representation of condominium and homeowner associations while being a partner in the firm of Alexander, Zelmanski & Lee, PLLC
Kevin M. Hirzel is an associate attorney at
Meisner & Associates, P.C. He is licensed in the
State of Michigan, United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States
Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hirzel
graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy
School of Law in 2006 where he served as a Title Editor
on Law Review. He received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Michigan in 2003.
Mr. Hirzel is experienced in representing corporate
clients in business planning and commercial litigation
matters. He handles many different real estate
matters and frequently represents
builders, community associations, landlords, and real
estate investors in litigation and transactional
matters. Mr. Hirzel is also a former law clerk at the
Macomb County Probate Court and continues to represent
individuals with probate and estate planning issues. Mr.
Hirzel has been a past guest on the SOC show on Grosse
Pointe Cable and has been interviewed regarding estate
planning issues. Similarly, he has been a
presenter at business killer seminars throughout Metro
